Our regular method of delivery is by City Link or Royal Mail Recorded Delivery depending on size and weight for which the following terms and conditions apply:

Standard Delivery Rate: £6.95 +vat (Orders over £150 excluding vat Carriage Free)

Not all items list on this website are carried in stock and In the event of a part not being available for immediate despatch, we can normally order this part from the manufacter and deliver it to our customer within 48-72 hrs.

All orders accepted by midday Monday and Thursday are despatched same day and would normally be delivered within 24-48 Hours.

All orders accepted by midday on Friday are despatched on Friday and delivered by the following Monday/Tuesday, unless Saturday AM service is requested, in which case delivery will be by midday the following Saturday. All orders received after midday on Friday until 8am Monday will be processed on the Monday morning.

In the case that the delivery is not possible due to there being no person present at the address to sign acceptance of delivery, the carrier will request a new delivery date from the customer and an Aborted Delivery charge of £10.00 may be charged to the customer if repeated failed delivery.

The following exceptions apply: For deliveries and transport cost to Non-Mainland UK, Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland, Europe and the rest of the world, please contact us. Customers must refuse acceptance of delivery of parcels which appear damaged.
